Reasons why you ripping a Blu-ray?
As the original Blu-ray take lot Of place and my house is too small, I rip Blu-rays a lot. First I want to say I never “convert” a Blu-ray, my choice is always coping the entire disc and output a folder exactly as original (except protection removed).
Why: I don't want to lose anything; I want to preserve maximum quality (backup)
Playback : at home, but the original Blu-ray take lot Of place, my house is too small. What about yours?

Can’t remember which one recommend me BDMagic…I’m now ripping Blu-rays smoothly! My target file formats are .m4v and .mp4. I need this to see my videos on my iPhone, iPad, Apple-TV and iMac.

I downloaded a copy of Pavtube iMedia converter cuz the advert said “Lossless MKV”. I’ve tried this with Men in Black, Rain Man & Phantom DVD’s with great success! DVDs were ripped using Apple TV3 1080p preset, streamed to Apple TV & Plex.
